Michael Murray

Mike Murray is the Founder & Managing Principal of PGRealty Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage and property asset management company serving institutional investors, developers, corporate occupiers and private owners.

With more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience, Mike advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, land development, portfolio optimization and asset strategy. His work has included entitlement and land acquisition efforts supporting more than $1 billion in industrial development, as well as transactions involving more than 40 million square feet of commercial space and 2,700 acres of land.

Before founding PGRealty, Mike spent more than a decade with JLL. He served as a senior transaction manager and site selection advisor for major corporate accounts, including Meta, American Honda and PG&E, while also advising developers and investors on high-value industrial assignments throughout Northern California.

Mike is known for combining market knowledge, disciplined analysis and hands-on execution with a commitment to long-term client relationships. His objective is straightforward: align real estate decisions with each client’s business and investment priorities to strengthen asset performance and create lasting value.
